Weekend breakfast

Homemade pancakes:

2 cups of whole wheat flour
1/4 cup of Splenda
1/2 cup egg beater
1/3 cup of canola oil
2 cups of vanilla soy milk
2 tbsp of lemon juice
pinch of salt
1-1/2 tsp of baking powder

Slightly beat and cook on non-stick griddle.

I had mine with sliced bananas, sliced almonds, coconut flakes and sugar-free chocolate syrup.
